95% of the UK now covered

Since street view was launched Google have slowly been adding some of the UK's biggest cities onto the service. As of last week nearly 95% of the UK is now on the service meaning you can view almost every street or landmark in the UK. The service is particularly useful when looking for direction as you can actually see your desition in the flesh and follow the route who you will actually do it and not in a birds-eye view.

How can i view it

Street View is part of the Google Maps application which can be viewed here

You can then view the street view by dragging the yellow man from the left of the screen down to the map to where you want to view
